Ernesto Arrellano has been part of our community for over 35 years, working tirelessly to make it a better place. He was selected by, fellow Bobcat, councilman Rey Saldana, to represent our area on the San Antonio Water System Board of Trustees and humbly did so for over four years. Ernest is ready to bring his leadership experience from a well run and respected board to help drive a much needed positive culture shift to our district‘s board.
